For easy recognition, when you leave the baggage claim area, you will find our driver in the arrivals area, duly identified with your name and destination. We will monitor the status of your flight so that we can adjust the time of your pick-up in case of a flight delay.
Yes, all our services are between a pick-up point and a drop-off point. Apart from the airport where we have specific drop-off and pick-up points, in all our transport services we will drop you directly at the door of your accommodation or other desired destination.
You can cancel transfer services separately or cancel an entire Booking; if we receive your cancellation request more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for the contracted transport, the amount paid for the respective Transfer will be refunded in full.
No amount will be refunded in the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer service you wish to cancel.
